ASP.NET MVCでBootstrap 5.2を使用するとエラーになる

 ASP.NET MVCでBootstrap 5.2を使用するとエラーになる

実行すると bootstrap.jsを読み込んだ箇所でエラー

System.Web.MVC.dll　が見つかりません
